Agent Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment

Corporate Privilege Club (hereinafter referred to as "CPC") appoints the individual/agency as an authorized agent to promote and sell CPC membership cards.

2. Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote CPC memberships honestly and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate information is provided to prospective members.
  • Collect membership fees as directed and remit them within the agreed time.
  • Maintain a record of sales and share reports with CPC periodically.

3. Commission & Payments

  • Agents will receive a fixed commission of ₹200 per membership sold OR a 20% of the sale amount (as agreed).
  • Payments will be settled on a monthly basis or upon reaching a minimum threshold of ₹10000/-.

4. Use of Brand Materials

  • CPC will provide marketing materials and digital assets.
  • Agents must not alter or misuse CPC branding.
  • Any advertisement or promotion using CPC’s name/logo must be pre-approved.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Agents must not make false promises or misrepresent CPC.
  • Misuse of customer data, unethical practices, or illegal activity will lead to immediate termination.

6. Confidentiality

  • Agent agrees to keep all member data, pricing structures, and operational details confidential.

7. Termination

  • CPC may terminate the agreement at any time for breach of terms or unethical conduct.
  • Agent may also terminate the agreement with 15 days' written notice.

8. No Employment Relationship

  • The agent acts as an independent contractor. This agreement does not create an employer-employee or partnership relationship.

9. Legal Compliance

  • Agents must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to marketing and sales.

10. Amendments

  • CPC reserves the right to revise these terms with prior notice.
