Terms & Conditions for District Distributors

1. Appointment & Territory

The distributor is appointed for a specific district and has exclusive rights to appoint agents and promote the Club within that territory.

2. One-Time Payment

A non-refundable registration fee of ₹1,00,000 is applicable for district-level distributorship.

3. Agent Appointment

Distributors can appoint unlimited agents in their district.

Distributors will receive 10% commission from the base price of every membership sold through agents under them.

Agents will receive 20% commission, and the remaining will be retained by the company.

4. Associate and Member Promotion

Distributors must actively support agents in onboarding 100+ associates per agent before member registrations begin.

Associates include shops, restaurants, service centers, etc., offering discounts to members.

5. Target & Performance

Each distributor must ensure minimum 1000 member registrations and 100 active associates in the first 6 months.

Continued underperformance or inactivity may result in revoking distributorship rights.

6. Renewal Incentive

Distributors will continue to earn commission year after year for every membership renewal from their network, provided they remain active and cooperative with the central team.

7. Brand Guidelines

Distributors must use official Corporate Privilege Club branding, posters, and materials provided or approved by the company.

8. Termination Clause

If a distributor is found involved in any unethical practice, misuse of data, or non-compliance with company policies, the distributorship will be cancelled with no refund.

9. Support & Communication

The central team will provide ongoing support, training materials, and regular updates to ensure smooth operations.

10. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the company's registered location.
